I came across following error

"Unable to generate the valid computational mesh (Due to Inverted elements)" What could be the possible reason ?

I am attaching the error message.

Hi Sachin,
Thanks for using Flowizard web forum.
Looking at your question it seems that there is some problem in geometry which makes it difficult for mesh generation.
After importing the geometry please perform the geometry check operation through Tools-->Geometry-->Check. If you find geometrical errors reported there, and then you can try repairing and smoothing it through Tools-->Geometry-->Repair or Tools-->Geometry-->Smooth. Then check the geometry again. You may want to try the repair/smooth operations 4-5 times to see if geometrical problems are eliminated or not.
In case you can’t find any errors while doing geometry check, then there may be problem in geometry like small gaps or small features. This type of features you need to remove before importing in FloWizard.
If you still faces problem then you can upload your files at ftp.fluent.com so that I can have a look at it.

Regards,
Vishal

Dear Vishal,
Thanks for the inputs. I followed the same eliminated all the geometry errors, filled the gaps but not the calculations are going on like for infinite time after completing meshing. I have modelled a flow region with 3 rotating elements in to it rotating at different speed. But i am not sure in such case what RPM is to be given for the Flow region meshing in Flowizard.

Hi Sachin,
Have you able to generate mesh in the fluid domain. If yes, then can you give me some details of the mesh like total count, skewness and the accuracy level which you had given for mesh generation.

Regards,
Vishal
